Collision Repair technicians can make up to $100K per year if you ace highly motivated. Attending the morning production meeting, complete disassembly of vehicle, safe, proper quality repairs and re-assemble of vehicle.

Customer Service Representative
$17.00 per hour.
This is a full-time, year round position. We are looking for someone with a great attitude and incredible customer service skills to join our family oriented and positive workplace environment. Attending the morning production meeting, answering phones. scheduling estimate and repair appointments, updating customers on repairs, working with insurance companies and vendors, posting payments.

Estimator Service Manager
$25.00 per hour.
This is a full-time, year around position. We are looking for someone with a great attitude, incredible customer service and time management skills with the ability to manage a fast-paced environment. Must have great communication, organizational, time management, and computer skills. Experience with CCC One estimating software preferred but not required as we will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities include:
Attending the morning production meeting, inspect damaged vehicles, enter damage in estimating system, work directly with customers and insurance companies, keep customers and insurance companies updated throughout repairs.

Production Assistant
$18.00 per hour
This is an entry level position with an opportunity for career advancement. This is a full-time, year around position. We are looking for someone with a great attitude and time management skills with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. We are the only Collision Repair Facility in the valley that provides an Apprenticeship Program for aspiring future industry leaders. If you have the desire and you prove to be worthy in this position, then we will pay for you to work alongside as a helper to a seasoned technician who, over time can teach you the trade. Collision Repair techs make between $70-110K per year. If you are highly motivated, you can become a tech in 1-3 years. Come join our locally owned, family oriented and positive workplace. Responsibilities include:
Attend the morning production meeting, note the vehicles that will need to be detailed and made ready for quality control and delivery. Pre-wash vehicles before a repair is started.
Cleaning of vehicles after repairs. Make deliveries, pick-ups and drop offs of vehicles for sublet repairs, shuttling customers to and from shop. Also, in charge of keeping the shop clean inside and out; this includes sweeping floors, emptying trash cans, picking up left over parts, metal and taking them to the recycling trailer.
